Pros & Cons :if you want flexablity be sure to get a head for this monopod such asmanfrotto 234rc monopod head quick release - replaces 3229or a vanguard ball head such as vanguard sbh-200 mid-size magnesium alloy ballhead with two onboard bubble levels or vanguard sbh-250 fluid ballhead with quick release for the elite and tracker tripods, supports 44 lbs.
