They communicated with me instantly, I didnt have to wonder if this was a company that was taking the money and would take weeks to reply. The item was just what I wanted and needed, and was received in a timely manner.

I bought this cord when I lost the original that came with my Kodak M380. You can't find these cords in retail stores, I went to 5 different stores just to find that out! I jumped online to amazon.com and looked up the exact cord I needed and the model U-8 for Kodak by dCables popped right up. The item was delivered on time and in working condition at a reasonable price.
