Lumix DMC-FX12 Black Digital Camera (7.1MP, 3072x2304, 3x Opt, 27MB Internal Memory, MMC/SD/SDHC Card Slot)
The 7.2 megapixel DMCFX12 is equipped with a bright 3x optical zoom (equivalent to a 35mm-105mm zoom on a 35mm camera) lens that captures beautiful shots of people or landscapes. Use the Extra Optical Zoom when you want to pull the subject in just a little closer. It extends the 3x optical zoom ratio to 4.5x (35mm equivalent: 157mm) at resolutions of 3 megapixels or less, by using the central part of the CCD. Adding the Extra Optical Zoom to the 4x digital zoom extends the total zooming power to a maximum of 18x (35mm equivalent: 630mm). With this powerful zooming function, you can easily capture and magnify distant subjects. The DMCFX12 is a remarkably compact, stylish, and practical camera with a comfortable grip that makes it easy to hold and also reduces hand-shake. Its cool design and light weight make it easy to take it with you everywhere you go, for even more photo fun.
