This extended warranty covers all parts and labor for cameras up to $15,000 for three (3) years from the date of purchase. The equipment will be guaranteed to operate properly according to manufacturer's specifications and Mack will repair or replace the equipment no extra charge to you, (this includes all parts and labor). The diamond warranty covers damage that a normal warranty will not cover, such as: Accidental Damage Unintentional Abuse Impact damage San/Grit Damage Mechanical Malfunctions Excessive wear and tear A Diamond warranty also includes: 2 Free Camera CCD Cleanings for the Life of the Contract 1 Free Video Head Cleaning Per Year for the Life of the Contract Can be purchased within 3 consecutive repairs for the same reason
