After the first several charges, this battery works as well as the OEM batteries. It seems to be made to fairly high standards--it certainly looks better than the previous no-name replacement battery I got (for half the price) that came with a paper label and only lasted a couple months. The real test will be how long it takes for the memory effect to kick in irreversibly and make the battery unusable.
